About us
Built by investors.
We spent over a decade as growth equity investors before founding DealDeploy
Book a callWe believe investors should be focused on investing.
Everything else, screening lists, updating the CRM, wrangling data, is work that pulls the team away from the deals. AI can take it on. But getting there takes a technical resource most firms don't have and shouldn't have to hire.
DealDeploy is that resource. We build it, run it, and hand your team back their time.
What we believe
01
Capital First
Investors should invest. The rest can be built.
02
Full Ownership
You should own what we build, with no lock-in.
03
Concentrated Partnerships
Go deep with a few firms, not wide with many.
Not a tool. A team.
Not SaaS.
Not an off-the-shelf tool you have to manage yourself. You get agents built around how your firm works.
Not consulting.
No 60-page decks, no quarterly check-ins. We scope, build, and ship the first custom workflows to your agent in weeks
Not a hire
No full-time engineer to vet and manage. You get a ramped, technical team who has already lived your problems.
Frequently Asked Questions
Who owns what you build?
You do. Every system we build belongs to your firm, along with the integrations and the data inside them. Your data never leaves your firm and is never used to train models.
We already use Claude, how is this different?
Claude out of the box doesn't know your CRM, your pipeline, or how your firm sources deals. We build the system around the engine by wiring agents into your data, your tools, and your workflows. Your team gets the results without anyone having to become an AI operator.
What happens when models and tools change?
Models improve, APIs shift, and tools come and go. We keep everything current and fold in each upgrade, so what we build gets better over time instead of quietly breaking.
How does pricing work, and are we locked in?
Engagements are custom scoped to your project and never include long-term lock-in. We'll tailor a proposal to your situation. Most firms start with a focused three-month build and decide what's next from there.
